29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Located in the center of Cascais, this apartment is surrounded by little alleys with the typical Portuguese pavement. The 2 floors have a light and contemporary deco style and are the perfect place for your holidays because the house is really near to the beaches and to the train station, gardens, museums and also the Marina. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from the center of the village, so we recommend you to move around on foot, by bike, or scooter. For those who come by car, you should know that parking is free from 10pm to 9am, but is paid during the day in practically the entire village of Cascais.
As for parking in Cascais, unfortunately free parking is very rare. On the streets of the house, only permanent residents with the identification stamp on the car can park. In the remaining streets, parking is paid between 9 am and 10 pm.
There are some closed parks about 5 minutes from the house (at the marina and next to the racecourse). You only pay when you take the car out but we are talking about daily costs close to 30 euros. The cheapest park is close to the station which has a daily cost of 14 euros. It is more than 7 minutes from the house.
There are some streets farther from the center where you can park without paying but will have to walk between 10 and 15 minutes to the house.
Our guests should be aware that we have the legal obligation to report to the Immigration and Borders Service, the information about who is staying at our properties. So We kindly ask you to complete the bulletin you are asked to by email.
Another important aspect is that Cascais has a Municipal Tourist Tax of 2€ per adult (+13) per night that we Kindly ask you to pay.

Welcoming with lots of light, this super cozy apartment is perfect for a families or group of friends looking for a peaceful beautiful home for a few days or weeks. Located in the Historic Village of Cascais and close to a variety of restaurants, beaches, gardens and museums, it is perfect to escape the city and enjoy the wonders of life!
This apartment is located on a quiet and residential neighborhood in the center of Cascais, far enough from the flow of people, but close enough from coffee houses, pharmacy, markets and really cool restaurants/bars. Just a few minutes walking you will find the Cascais train station (7 minutes) and the beach (9 minutes). For nearby attractions, we highlight Paula Rego Museum, Marechal Carmona Park, Santa Marta Lighthouse, and the Cascais Municipal Market.
Cascais train station is 7 minutes walk away, in 30 min you will arrive at Lisbon.
There is public parking spaces in front of the house paid between 9am-10pm, 1.50 euros per hour. There is also an underground parking next to the house which is paid daily.
