The building has elevator (so it is suitable for people with mobility problems) and also free parking.

Welcoming, with lots of light, this apartment has 168 sq meters with 3 bedrooms and a nice living-room with seaside view. The place is quiet and safe, and is located in a condominium with swimming pool, ideal for children. Near the pool area you will have a pavilion with a gym.

The checkin is flexible until 7p.m., if we have availability after that, please know that a fee will be charged. If you need some assistance or have any questions, you can contact us during your stay.

This apartment is located on a quiet and residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from the beach and Parede train station, and still close from restaurants, markets, pharmacy and some nice bars. There is pretty much everything you need just around the corner. In the other side of the road, you will find the Bafureira's beach and São Pedro's beach, with some cools bars and restaurants to enjoy the beautiful sunset.

There is a train station that takes you to Lisbon (in 25 min) or to the center of Cascais (in 10 min) 9 minutes walk away. If you need car parking, in front of the residential complex you will find free parking.
