The property, completely fenced, has a small front garden with parking for one car, and a cozy, secluded back garden with a lot of green, big swimming pool, outdoor sofa and dining table. The garden is well protected from the ocean wind, and is a perfect mixture of sun and shadow. The privacy in the garden is complete.
At ground floor you find an entrance with guest toilet, an office with desk and chair, a spacious living/dining room with TV and books in various languages, a perfectly equipped separate kitchen with pantry.
At first floor, you have the en-suite master bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 additional bathroom and a big gallery with 3 work station, overlooking the living room. Two balconies, one overlooking the pool, complete the first floor.

Books, Dvds, puzzles, card games and ping pong racquets and balls are at our guests' disposal, to be left for the following guests!

The house is at complete disposal of the guests.

Aldeia de Juzo is a nice, small village just outside Cascais, very conveniently located: at the end of the highway to Lisbon (20 min) and Sintra (15 min), a few minutes drive to the coast, the Guincho Beach and to the center of Cascais. The village has one of the best fish markets and one of the best butchers (inside the little supermarket) of the Cascais region. The big Cascais Shopping mall is a 5 min drive, as well as the Cascais Hospital.
In the village you also have a good wine shop and a Pharmacy.
Bus line M02 and M014 to Cascais 1 min walk.

The house is a 1 min drive from the highway (although no noise can be heard as it’s where the highway ends), and on the way to Sintra and Cabo de Roca.
Guests have one private parking on the property, whereas street parking always free.
No car? No problem, In 20 minutes you can reach the Cascais train station by bus, where you have trains and buses for beaches and Lisbon.

Our guests should be aware that we have the legal obligation to report to the Immigration and Borders Service, the information about who is staying at our properties. So We kindly ask you to complete the bulletin you are asked to by email.

Another important aspect is that Cascais has a Municipal Tourist Tax of 2€ per person per night that we Kindly ask you to pay.
