More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Charming residence with swimming pool near Cascais. Perfectly furnished and equipped, it offers 1 master bedroom en suite, 2 double bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms, spacious living room, an office, an open gallery with 3 workstations. An enclosed garden for total privacy with swimming pool, table, sofa and table tennis. The perfect holiday home or smart working location. Conveniently located 1 minute drive from the motorway, 5 minutes from the fantastic Guincho beach. Pharmacy, supermarket, fish market, wine shop 5 minutes walk away.
The property, completely fenced, has a small front garden with parking for one car, and a welcoming and secluded back garden with plenty of greenery, a large swimming pool, outdoor sofa and dining table. The garden is well protected from sea wind, and is a perfect mix of sun and shade. Privacy in the garden is total.
On the ground floor there is an entrance with guest bathroom, an office with desk and chair, a spacious living/dining room with TV and books in several languages, a separate kitchen perfectly equipped with pantry.
On the first floor, there is the master bedroom en suite, 2 double bedrooms, 1 additional bathroom and a large gallery with 3 work stations, overlooking the living room. Two verandas, one with a view of the swimming pool, complete the first floor.
Books, DVDs, puzzles, card games and ping pong rackets and balls are available to our guests, to be left for the next guests!
The house is entirely at the guests' disposal.
Juzo Village is a small and charming village on the outskirts of Cascais, very well located: at the end of the motorway to Lisbon (20 min) and Sintra (15 min), just a few minutes' drive from the coast, Guincho Beach and Cascais town centre. The village has one of the best fish markets and one of the best butchers (inside the small supermarket) in the Cascais region. The large Cascais shopping centre is 5 minutes' drive away, as is Cascais Hospital.
In the village there is also a good wine shop and a pharmacy.
Bus M02 and M014 to Cascais 1 minute on foot.
The house is 1 minute by car from the motorway (although you can't hear any noise because it's where the motorway ends), and on the way to Sintra and Cabo da Roca.
Guests have private parking on the property, whilst street parking is always free.
Don't have a car? No problem, you can reach Cascais train station by bus in 20 minutes, where you have trains and buses to the beaches and Lisbon.
Our guests must be aware that we have a legal obligation to report to the Immigration and Border Service the information about who is staying at our properties. Therefore, we ask that you complete the form that is requested from you by email.
Another important aspect is that Cascais has a Municipal Tourist Tax of €2 per person per night that we ask them to pay.
